- Broadcasting information about your organization;
- Planning and publicizing events and campaigns;
- Making simple decisions;
- Preparing for meetings;
- Publishing materials that you also publish in print;
- Supporting commitment;
- Supporting other means of communication.
The Internet is not good for:
- Making complex decisions;
- Accounting for people's emotions;
- Substituting for other means of communication;
- Creating commitment.
