  2. Contacting people who have expressed interest in your work;
  3. Broadcasting information about your organization;
  4. Planning and publicizing events and campaigns;
  5. Making simple decisions;
  6. Preparing for meetings;
  7. Publishing materials that you also publish in print;
  8. Supporting commitment;
  9. Supporting other means of communication.

The Internet is not good for:

  1. Making complex decisions;
  2. Accounting for people's emotions;
  3. Substituting for other means of communication;
  4. Creating commitment.
