Question: Can you clarify an incident of the presence of Eurico Guterres
during Mrs. Ogata's visit to West Timor?

Deputy Spokesman: You should check with the office of the UNHCR. The visit
was organized by the Indonesian authorities. I understand that she did not
know who would be greeting her on her arrival there.
