Toyota, Ajinomoto quit operations in Myanmar Kyodo News Service May 1, 2000 Frustrated with slow economic reforms in Myanmar, Toyota Motor Corp. and Ajinomoto Co. have recently quit operations in the country, Japanese Embassy officials in Yangon said Monday.
