Dear Friends, As you know, the battle against incineration is heating up all across Asia. With the use of government agencies to fund incinerator exports to developing nations, this has become an international struggle. So activists from the Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, India, and other countries are gathering to launch a campaign for an incinerator-free Asia. Please do join us in Bangkok from July 26 to July 28 to help launch this initiative. As we approach the date, we will send out more details, but I wanted to let you know early so that you could plan it in your schedules. I look forward to seeing you in Bangkok! All the best, Neil Tangri -- Neil TANGRI Multinationals Resource Center PO Box 19405 Washington DC 20036 USA Telephone: +1-202-387-8030 Fax: +1-202-234-5176 ntangri@essential.org http://www.essential.org/mrc ______________________ The Corporate Watch in Japanese http://www.corpwatch.org/japan (CWJ) mailing list is a moderated email list in English designed to connect activists campaigning against Japanese corporations and investments around the world. * To unsubscribe from the CWJ mailing list, send an email to majordomo@jca.apc.org with text "unsubscribe cwj".
