この日米・米韓同時演習は北朝鮮に対する強烈なプレッシャーです。おそらく
同時演習ははじめてでしょう。実は北朝鮮はこの手の演習を非常にいやがり
ます。毎年、裏工作で韓国に「今年はやめていただきたい」と懇願しているの
です。この演習に入ると北朝鮮は戦時体制に入ります。となると莫大な燃料、
さらに武器・弾薬・部品の磨耗などメンテナンスが必要となります。これは北
朝鮮経済にとって大きな痛手となります。といって戦時体制・国家総力戦体制
を崩すことはできない。ここが社会主義体制の弱さです。
確かこの数年は演習はやってなかったのではないかと思います。ということは
アメリカの北朝鮮政策に変更が生じたかまたあるいはアメリカがそのような環境
をつくる何かが生じたかの２点です。
基本的な認識ですが、アジアではまだ「冷たい戦争」は終わってません。ヨーロッパ
は終わりましたがアジアではまだです。だからアメリカが日本に駐留するのです。
なおも１０万人体制を崩しません。なぜか。アジアにはまだ共産党が３ケ国ありま
す。
この共産党一党独裁体制を取る国がなくなるまでは、今の情勢は続きます。地勢
学的に沖縄という位置はアジアの主要部をカバーできるキーストンなのです。絶好
の位置なのです。Ｆ１６主要戦闘機がカバーできる半径２０００ｋｍ。この中心地が
沖縄です。この３ケ国が議会制民主主義の国になったとき、アメリカのアジア政策
は全面的に変わるでしょう。そのときが沖縄から米軍が撤退する日です。
「極秘情報」ではないのですが、マスコミなどではほとんど取り上げられて
