I am writing to share with you the news that we at WomenAsia.com will be
closing our company and our Web site on December 30th, 2000.

We have been seeking a second round of funding in what is a difficult
market. After careful consideration of all options, we have concluded that
the wisest course is to close our doors.

When I launched WomenAsia.com in Singapore in 1996, my goal was to use the
power of the Web as a tool for business women across Asia and North America
who were looking for trade partners, suppliers, and networking contacts to
help their business grow.

In that, we have succeeded!

Our dedicated team, including our representatives throughout Asia, wish you
all the best and encourage you to keep supporting women in business.
