カトリック横浜教区滞日外国人と連帯する会（略称SOL)という外国人支援団体のス タッフをしております山岸と申します。滞日外国人への相談活動、グループづくり支 援の他、自立を支援していくためのさまざまなプロジェクトを実施しています。 最近では、外国人女性のDV被害のケースが急増しています。特に日本人と結婚した フィリピン人女性に顕著です。 そこでSOLのフィリピンデスクでは、女性プロジェクトのなかで、２年前くらいから 特にDVサバイバー女性の組織づくり力をいれてきました。 以下は、SOLフィリピンデスクと、フィリピン人女性DVサバイバーグループ” KALAKASAN”による共催企画 「女性に対する暴力撤廃・国際デー」の集いのご案内 です。フィリピン人女性がメインの企画となりますが、日本人女性、男性の皆さまに もぜひご参加いただきたく、ご案内いたします。（日本語の通訳も用意する予定で す。部分参加ももちろん歓迎。） 場所やプログラムの詳細についてのお問い合わせがある方、ちらしを希望される方 は、yamagishi@jca.apc.orgまで直接ご連絡下さい。 なお、参加できない場合でも、連帯のメッセージなどお寄せいただければ幸いです。 （以下、転載歓迎） ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------ 「女性に対する暴力撤廃・国際デー」の集い 女性の権利と尊厳のためにともに立ち上がろう！ 女性に対する暴力は、女性の人間としての尊厳を決定的に侵害するものです。女性 移住者が（日本人）夫やパートナーからうけている暴力も、きわめて深刻です。日本 ではようやく、ドメスティックバイオレンス（DV)をはじめとする女性に対する暴力 が、社会的な対応を必要とする女性の人権問題として認識されるようになりました。 けれども、法制度の整備をふくむ被害者への支援システムづくりは、まだまだ今後の 課題として山積みにされています。 女性移住者への暴力は、日本社会のなかでももっとも見えないところに隠され、支 援のシステムからも疎外されています。こうした現実のなかで、女性としての尊厳を 大切にして生きたいと願う女性移住者たちが、「女性に対する暴力撤廃・国際デー」 を記念し、自らの権利と尊厳を守るための連帯と社会的支援について考える集いを企 画しました。 多くの皆さまのご参加をお待ちしています！ ＊とき 11月 25日（土） 11:00-17:00 ＊ところ カトリック貝塚教会（川崎駅より徒歩12分、川崎市川崎区貝塚1-8-9 tel 044-222-3075） ＊参加費 500円（昼食あり。ただし、参加者による持ちよりです。ご協力お願い します。） ＊プログラム 11:00 受付 11:30 開会：挨拶、連帯のメッセージなど 11:45 Short Rite”回想と希望” 12:00 昼食パーティ 13:00 子どものためのプログラム”Drawing Contest” 14:40 フォーラム開会：オリエンテーション 14:50 Sharing ”痛みとよろこびーDVサバイバーと共に”森田カリーナさん（カパ ティラン）他 15:10 Sharing ”闘いーよりよい人生を生きるために” KALAKASANのメンバー他 15:30 Sharing”女性移住者DVサバイバーの保護に関する法制度の現状と今後” 戒能民江さん（お茶の水女子大学）、斎藤文栄さん（福島瑞穂参議院議員秘書） 16:10 オープンフォーラム 16:40 Statement ”移住女性に対する暴力撤廃のために” 17:00 閉会 ＊主催 横浜教区滞日外国人と連帯する会（SOL)フィリピンデスク、KALAKASAN tel 044-549-7678/7670, fax 044-511-9495 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------- 以下、英語の案内 Greetings! We, of the Women Project of the Philippine Desk together with KALAKASAN, a small group of Filipino women who survived domestic violence, invite friends (individual or representative of groups/communities/organizations) to celebrate with us the International Day Opposing Violence Against Women this coming November 25, 2000 We are encouraging our sisters and brothers who wish to come to bring a dish of food (potluck) which we can share together during the solidarity lunch.
